VERY GARLICY(which is good Very Vinegary (which is bad)Viscosity- It was too liquid,needs to be thicker!I quite liked it, but it will NEVER be a classic the cheap price,tells you a lot about the sauce,not too much different from Encona/Tabasco. saying that at 2.99 abottle it is okay as a "standard" sauce to use with almost anything...

This is the everyday 'must have' sauce for those of us without a testosterone death wish for the super hot. Its much nicer and more rounded than Tabasco without the harsh vinegary tang, its not stupidly hot and its extremely edible. Its beautifully blended flavour makes it delicious on just about everything and you can take it neat as well. Ever since coming across this in Mexico its been a stalwart standbye (along with Lose Secretos). I always keep a bottle by the cooker. You can put a dash on everything and it'll always be an improvement. (Even better if you can get hold of them are the handbag sized 'minis' you can get in Mexico.) If you only have one chilli sauce in the kitchen, make it this one...
