What we say...
A big sister to the awesome regular Chohula, this one has a garlic flavour punch. Chohula is often compared to Tabasco sauce, but is far superior, packed full of flavour and the added garlic intensity of this one lends itself to many more recipes. It's one of those versatile, mid-range, mid-heat level sauces that a must for the kitchen cupboard to be used as a 'splash in' during cooking or 'splash on' when it's on the plate.

This is the everyday 'must have' sauce for those of us without a testosterone death wish for the super hot. Its much nicer and more rounded than Tabasco without the harsh vinegary tang, its not stupidly hot and its extremely edible. Its beautifully blended flavour makes it delicious on just about everything and you can take it neat as well. Ever since coming across this in Mexico its been a stalwart standbye (along with Lose Secretos). I always keep a bottle by the cooker. You can put a dash on everything and it'll always be an improvement. (Even better if you can get hold of them are the handbag sized 'minis' you can get in Mexico.) If you only have one chilli sauce in the kitchen, make it this one.
