What we say... The Chilliqueen range of chilli jellies are some of the tastiest available in our humble opinion. Fantastically versatile these hot jellies can be used to spice and sweeten up any dish but are particularly good as a glaze for roast meats. However they're also delicious stirred into freshly cooked vegetables or with cheese on toast, and rest assured you'll soon be spreading a Chilliqueen Chelly straight onto a buttered muffin.
This mediterranean inspired twist on the original recipe has a depth and richness that make it a great glaze for lamb or a perfect accompaniment for spicy sausages or venison steaks.
