Fantastically versatile these hot jellies can be used to spice and sweeten up any dish but are particularly good as a glaze for roast meats. However they're also delicious stirred into freshly cooked vegetables or with cheese on toast, and rest assured you'll soon be spreading a Chilliqueen Chelly straight onto a buttered muffin.
This cranberry flavoured chilli jelly is a great way to spice up a traditional roast dinner and can also add depth and flavour to sauces and stews. We love it with cold meats and in sandwiches and is a must for the Christmas dinner table.
