What we say... The Chilliqueen range of chilli jellies are some of the tastiest available in our humble opinion. Fantastically versatile these hot jellies can be used to spice and sweeten up any dish but are particularly good as a glaze for roast meats. However they're also delicious stirred into freshly cooked vegetables or with cheese on toast, and rest assured you'll soon be spreading a Chilliqueen Chelly straight onto a buttered muffin.
The Coriander and Shallot Chelly won silver in the Great Taste Awards 2005 and its easy to taste why. A great twist on the traditional chilli jelly this is great with chicken, either as a glaze or an accompaniment.
