Another blinding sauce from UK hot sauce connoisseur, the infamous Chilli Pepper Pete. This recently won 1st place in the New York Hot Pepper Awards, no less, scooping the top prize in the Habanero and Fruit category. And deservedly so. This packs so much fruit into the bottle, with Habanero peppers supplying the all-important heat. Wonderful sweet exotic fruitiness and fire make this a must for sweet and sour dishes, stir frys and eastern cuisine. But the sugar content lends itself well to glazing to or splashing into marinades too. This is a sauce to have fun with. Enjoy!

The Tasmain devil sauce from the master of chilli sauces ‘Chilli Pete’ should be part of every chilli fans regular stash of sauce. The combination of intense fruitiness and gentle Habanero heat are a winning combination well deserving of the New York Hot pepper award. I always have a bottle of this addictive sauce to hand and have been known to have it as part of breakfast on a regular occasion! The sauce packs in soo much flavour alongside the heat that one bottle is never enough and rarely lasts for long in my house, give it a try you wont be disappointed!
