Finished the bottle now. Not really hot. Very easy to get used to, but.......... the tastiest sauce I've had for a while. A recipe idea for you to try. Put 2 desert spoons of sauce in a bowl. Thin it out with soy sauce so its quite watery. Put in enough shelled sunflower seeds so that they are all completely covered and no sauce remains in the bowl. Put on a tray in the oven at 200 centigrade and turn them after 10 minutes, leave them for another 5 and you will have one of the best bar snacks ever.

Nowhere near the hottest out there,but this sauce has lots of flavour. One of my favourites

I've just finished off my ass kickin wasabi hot sauce and was looking for something equally gastronomic. I ordered yesterday and it arrived today with standard postage. I couldn't wait for lunch so I've dipped my finger in the top of the bottle and its a winner! It is a little spicy but equal to the heat is the depth of flavour. It's really "herby" and will be great with fish. It's probably the nicest sauce I've tasted on its own. My mind is racing with ideas of what to try it on.
