Relish it in pasta, pies or stews. Or just stick a spoon in the jar and pig out. Made in the UK using Denhay's award winning dry cured bacon.

What we say...
OK, we know that bacon jam might sound a bit wrong but it's not, it's so right! What you have here is a true taste sensation, an innovation in jam, and experimentation in pate. Check out the ingredients - as well as being loaded with bacon, it's got coffee, bourbon and maple syrup in the mix, for heaven's sake, along with an extra kick of chilli heat, adding another level of flavour complexity.

Jokes aside, coming from a London restaurant, this is a complex, flavour-loaded jar of brilliance. The bacon and red onions are a wonderful accompaniment for juicy burgers but also cheese, other meats, on crusty bread or even stirred in stews, pasta sauces, pie fillings for an extra blast of rich flavour. Not screamingly hot as the chillies used are chipotles, adding a pleasant tongue tingle and smokiness.
