A colourful, awesome looking gift pack from Cheech and the three sauces inside are wonderfully different:

The Cheech Gnarly Garlic blends Habanero chillies with fresh carrots, onions, a splash of lime and a big whack of garlic. Good for Italian or Mexican cooking, it's a very versatile, nicely balanced garlic cooking sauce.

The Cheech Chipotle mashes Jalapeno, Cayenne, Tabasco and Hab peppers together and then they're left to age. Then in goes sugar, molasses, vinegar and, get this, rum to create a heavy duty, no nonsense hot sauce that's full-bodied and smokey. Use with big flavours like steak.

The Cheech Mango is a thick puree of fresh mangoes blended with Habanero pepper to create a fruit, mid-heat level sauce. The sweetness makes it good for basting and salad dressing and a great partner for fish.
