Our Scotch Bonnet Jelly is a fantastically fiery accompaniment for cheese, meats, or it can be added to rice, couscous or anything else for that distinct Scotch Bonnet flavour.  Be careful though, it's very hot!

Just reading the ingredients list of this Scotch Bonnet Jelly makes our mouth water! Fruitiness and sweetness combined with a powerful kick of heat make this a great glaze for meats going on the grill. We also love the suggestion of stirring into rice or couscous for instant added flavour.
