Cambridge Chilli Farm Nagalade

At the Cambridge Chilli Farm, we use only the finest, ingredients in our products and always source locally grown ingredients where possible.

Our Nagalade is an extremely fiery jelly with shreds of Naga chilli running through it.  Use with cheese, or try adding some to rice or couscous.  Use sparingly!

What the we say...

Using bramley apples, sugar & Naga Morich peppers, the CCF has created a sweet and fiercely hot preserve, that devilishly different from anything else out there. Three shredded nagas per jar give Nagalade the feel and texture of a marmalade and a burn which just keeps on going! Nagalade is great with strong cheese, or used as a glaze for roasted meats.
