Cajohn has quickly gone from a one man operation to a global phenomenon. His love of all things hot and Cajun food sparked a passion for creating new and exciting hot sauces which have won him countless awards.This Killer Chipotle sauce has the sweet, smoky chipotle flavour we love, but with a killer bite, and came 2nd place in the 2008 Zest Fest XXX hot (without extract) category.

Chipotle sauces can be on the milder side so it's good to see the intense smoked flavour married with strong heat in this sauce. It's sweet and sticky too making it great for marinades and roasting.

This ia a great Chipotle sauce. As Scorchio say, it is hotter than most similar sauces but it still retains the unmistakeable smoky flavour. Contrast with the El Yucateco product - they are both brilliant but remarkably different.
