What the bottle doesn't say and should is that this Citrus Habanero Hot Sauce is really special. We think it's a perfect partner for white fish. It gets the balance of heat and citrus tang spot on - not forgetting the trademark shot of Tequila in the mix too.

I decided to give this a try because it was on sale. First off, the bottle shape is probably the funkiest shape I’ve seen on bottle of sauce from Scorchio. Secondly the taste is what makes this bottle very unique I can't imagine it will be to everyone’s palette but I found it very pleasing. Now on to the taste, it's really hot as well not on the levels of some of the Dave/Blair’s sauces but I was expecting this sauce to be quite mild, it isn't. A slight fruity or as the title suggests citrus hint to the taste adds to the experience. Overall if you really wanted to go for something different give the sauce a try you might be surprised. 7/10
