What we say... We've been on the hunt for a really good pepper jelly for a while now and we think we may have found what we're looking for in this from Busha Browne. Just looking at the jar makes our mouth water. It's a firm clear chilli red jelly with substantial chunks of pepper locked in.
Jellies can be really versatile - they're great with cheese, particularly smoked and English chesses; the high sugar content means they can make a great glaze; and they are a must for meats, hot or cold, either at the BBQ or with your Sunday roast.
