We infused our hot sauce with the world's hottest pepper - the Naga Jolokia or 'Ghost Pepper' that measures over 1 million Scoville units. This hot sauce contains zero pepper extract; just pure natural heat measuring a blistering but enjoyable 22,800 Scoville units.
