An excruciatingly hot sauce which has no immediate bite and not much flavour apart from a smoky aftertaste, but it will slowly melt your mouth and insides. Great for augmenting other sauces (1 drop of this to 4 of Insanity Sauce works well) but not the best on its own

This is a fantastic sauce to cook with. Athough it is half the scoville units of Dave's Ultimate Insanity Sauce this brought tears to my eyes and an onslaught of hiccups after trying both undiluted side-by-side. Add a few (or a hell of a lot of) drops to oil in a pan before cooking (try not to choke from the fumes produced) to provide a great heat to it. On its own this sauce doesn't have too great a taste, but used in cooking it it gives a fantastic smoky flavour (thanks to the chipotles). Also works great as a marinade. A must have for all chili con carnes, fajitas, enchiladas, even currys.
