Use Extreme caution! This is not a sauce! This product must be used as an ingredient only! (1tsp. of Blair's 2AM reserve mixed with 1 gallon of sauce will produce extreme heat) Avoid any and all skin contact!
What we say...
Right. This is serious. We're not kidding when we say that this is one of the hottest products on the planet. As the packaging says, this is not a sauce and if you're thinking of adding a few drops to spice up your bowl of soup or stew, think again! If on the other hand, you want to make your own hot sauce, if you're clinically insane, or you just want to show off this piece of hot sauce history, this is the stuff you want! The name comes from when Blair was in the bar trade. 2 A.M. was the closing time and this was the closest thing to legal he could use to get the drunks out of the bar, and he is so proud of this creation he personally signs every bottle himself.
