Original Death:
Ingredients: Red and Orange Habaneros, Vinegar, Fresh Cayenne, Smashed garlic, Chipotle, Lime Juice, Cilantro, Fresh Herbs, Spices.

After Death:
Red and Orange Habaneros, Cayenne, Vinegar, Smashed Garlic, Pepper extract, Chipotle Chilli, Lime Juice, Cilantro, Fresh Herbs and Spices.

Jalapeno Death:
Ingredients: Jalapeno chillies, vinegar, Tomatillo, Fresh Garlic, Key Lime Juice, Shallots, Olive Oil, Sea Salt, Cilantro, Cane Sugar, Onions, Tequila, Spices and Xanthan Gum.

Sudden Death:
Ingredients: Red Habanero Pods, Cayenne Chillis, White Vinegar, Soybean Oil, Pure Pepper Resin, Clover Honey, Key Lime Juice, Siberian Ginseng and Spices.

I always though I was 'hard' with these sauces. My benchmark was a salsa called Twist and Shout, by a company called Mezzetta. But these Blair things - my God! Go them sent to me by a relation in Oz and I cracked one of them open, the XXX After Death. I put a few DROPS into the veggie stew I made, just before serving, and I swear it was so hot, just those few wee drops, it was f****** painful! My gob was on fire; I had the hiccups; water made things worse; so did milk! I eventually settled down with a dull ache in my belly, left the stew alone and ate some ice cream. I learned to treat Blair's with respect after that! A tiny wee drop of the After Death is all you need. Wise that they come in such small bottles -they'll last you for ages! Try 'em!

each of these sauces offer a different taste and heat but are all top notch for adding that little kick to a dish....but be warned a few splashes are enough for any man....unless your like me and have to be greedy...heat lovers buy now!!!!
