What we say...
If you're familiar with Blair's then we would describe the Heat Collection range as their equivalent of Tesco's Finest (or perhaps we're doing it a great disservice!). Superior chilli-based sauces for the more discerning chef/fan where interesting flavour combinations and quality are put above rip-roaring heat. The chillies in these are hand-picked, ensuring only the very best make it into the bottle.

We think this sauce screams 'use me in your Mexican!'. Everything about it says salsas, burritos, tacos, tortillas et al. It's got all the classics - Jalapeno and Habanero chillies, fresh tomatillo adding a mix of fruitness and acidity, coriander (cilantro), lime juice and a splash of tequila. For something a little different, fry some finely chopped shallots with fresh red and green chillies, and add a dose of this to 2/3 beaten eggs to make yourself a splendid version of huevos rancheros for breakfast.
