What we say...
Blair produces some of the best hot sauces around. We're big fans of his Original Death and Mega Death sauces so when we heard about this one we just had to get our hands on it. This is a seriously hot sauce packed with Chipotle, Habanero and Cayenne peppers for a smoky flavour few sauces can match. Used sparingly, it's a great addition to many dishes and recipes, and it's also great when included in marinades and dips.

I've just tried this for the first time and really enjoyed it. The first thing that hits you is the fresh taste of the habanero - indicating high quality ingredients. This is soon followed, at the back of the throat, by a fiery cayenne kick. Whilst it's a VERY hot sauce, it's not an EXCEPTIONALLY hot sauce and is probably the better for it - it has a lot of flavours and the makers have got the perfect balance between heat and taste. I mixed two glugs of it in with spaghetti bolognese and, despite almost losing my voice at one point, it complimented it very well. Definitely one to add into a chili con carne.

VINE TOMATO MAYO FRESH CRISP LETTUCE TOMATO RELISH BLAIR'S ADSWC FRESH BREAD ROLL CAYENNE PEPPER FOR NOT TO HOT AS FOLLOWS TEST IF NOT ENOUGH HEAT SIMPLY ADD MORE BLAIR'S 1..COOK CHICKEN AS INSTRUCTIONS (WHILE COOKING DO NEXT STEPS) CHOP LETTUCE AS REQUIRED PUT IN BOWL ADD LEMON DRESSING TO TASTE FINE CUT TOMATO (SLICED) FOUR TBL SPOONS OF MAYO IN A SMALL MIXING BOWL ADD 4 small and i mean small drops of blairs to the mayo stir well add 2/4 pinches of cayenne pepper stir well leave until chicken cooked add a slice of cheese to your chicken a few minutes before you serve (as to melt)) when chicken cooked put in bun add a thin layer of relish to chicken add mayo/blair mix as required add lettuce and tomato as required (to taste) serves 4 well errrr actually it's so good serves 2 (piggy's)

GOT TO BE ONE OF THE BEST SAUCES ON THE PLANET BEST TASTE OF ALL THE SAUCES I HAVE TRIED NO NASTY AFTER TASTE OR THAT PEPPER EXTRACT THAT CAN MESS THINGS UP IF YOU ACTUALLY LIKE TOO TASTE THE FOOD BUY THIS 10/10 HOT BUT NOT OVER THE TOP BRILLIANT IN A CHILLI

Wow, this stuff is TASTY. For 1 thing, I'd rate this sauce 5 out of 5 chilli's here, not the 4 that Scorchio gives it. I have Insanity sauce, 08 reserve Insanity Sauce and others to compare, and I'd put this on par with the original Insanity sauce. For one thing though, this has a much fiercer initial burn than what I was expecting, and its much more aggressive that Insanity sauce. The fact that this chilli sauce contains no artificial preservatives or colouring etc really tells its own tale in the flavour, as its a very well rounded and deep flavour, as you can really taste the lime and tang from this sauce. This is a sauce on the vinegary side of flavour, but its not over powering letting through the sweetness of the habanero just after the initial burn kicks in. The garlic also helps balance out this chilli aromatically too to help he flavours mull around your mouth clearer. Not a long after burn at all, but the fierce initial fire this thing cooks in your mouth I'd definitely rate it a 5/5 here, and 9/10 overall. P.S Mix with a little HP brown sauce for an excitingly tangy hot sauce!

The best hot sauce ever. A lovely subtle heat (not painfully hot) with an awesome fruity twang. I use it on everything I can! No meal is safe from a dab of death sauce.
