I've had a serious addiction to this sauce for 3 years now. There is nothing quite like it in getting the balance between habanero heat and mustardy slightly bitter but rounded kick. Hot but not blazing hot and seriously good with sausages, this sauce is a triumphunt balancing act between the two elements. Trouble is if you run out there is not other brand that can ease the pangs (andyes I've tried Windmill and many others). Accept no substitutes, I currently have to have a comfort zone reserve stock in my garage just in case .......

A friend of mine passed a bottle of this sauce on to me (a friend of his had brought it back from St Lucia), as it was too hot for him. The flavour is amazing, if you like the taste of scotch bonnets - and who doesn't! The only downside would be that this is a small bottle, mine is 397g - wooo for me! If you're a fan of west indian sauces you can't go wrong here. Hence the review, give it a go - but try it small first, it's not mild!..
