What the bottle says...
This award winning West Indian Hot Sauce is made from fresh wholesome peppers blended with mustard to create it's very own individual piquant flavour. All natural and fat free.

A few drops of this distinctive sauce adds a spicy, exotic flavour to your chicken, meat, fish and almost any other dish.

What we say...
We are big fans of West Indian sauces at Scorchio and this one is among our favourites. A great blend of mustard, sharpness and pure heat makes it, in our humble opinion, great on anything but a particularly good drizzled over a freshly chargrilled burger.

A friend of mine passed a bottle of this sauce on to me (a friend of his had brought it back from St Lucia), as it was too hot for him. The flavour is amazing, if you like the taste of scotch bonnets - and who doesn't! The only downside would be that this is a small bottle, mine is 397g - wooo for me! If you're a fan of west indian sauces you can't go wrong here. Hence the review, give it a go - but try it small first, it's not mild!
